Your solar installation is now complete!
Your Solar Status

Our Post-Install department is currently reviewing everything to make
sure your solar system is ready for inspection. Just so you are aware,
we may have to schedule multiple inspections depending on your
municipality.
You may still have a few additional items that you are waiting on to be installed
that were part of your Installation Agreement (e.g., tree trimming, water
heater, insulation, etc.). We are working on these items now and will keep
you updated. You can expect periodic calls from us to schedule the completion
of each item in the next few months.
If you have not already, you will get a call from the financing partner to
confirm that the solar panels were installed. You can let them know the solar
system is installed but not turned on yet (they are aware of this delay as
well). Your solar payments typically will not start for another month or
two depending on the terms of the financing partner. You are welcome to contact
the financing partner with any questions regarding the solar payments.
We hope to have all inspections passed and permission to operate granted
before your solar payments begin so that you can start producing energy and
saving money as soon as possible. We are working hard to complete these steps
as quickly as we can, and we will keep you updated.
