Installation Scheduled

Your solar installation is now scheduled!

Your Solar Status

solar status

Our arrival window is between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of the scheduled appointment.

We have scheduled the delivery of your solar equipment up to 48 hours before your solar installation. The delivery company will drop off the materials in your driveway, so please make sure there is space available for 2-3 full pallets of materials (about 1 parking space).

The delivery company will knock on your door to ask you where you’d like the materials, if no one answers, they will call the number they’ve been given. If they still don’t get an answer they will guess where the best place to put the materials on the driveway.

If you have somewhere in mind for the equipment and are not able to be home or answer the phone, please mark where you’ll like it on your driveway with chalk or cones. Once the equipment is dropped off it can not be moved until it gets installed (the delivery company will be using a forklift).

The equipment is waterproof, so there is no need to worry about damage from rain.

If the delivery company is not able to drop off your solar equipment prior to the scheduled appointment, we will pick it up on the way to your installation.

Just so you are aware, your municipality or utility company may request an inspection partway through the installation. We will let you know if this is the case and do everything we can to coordinate the timing of this so the installation gets completed as soon as possible.

Feel free to contact us at (727) 375-9375 or scheduling@gosunergy.com if you have any questions or need to reschedule.

Thank you!
